Home-grown hotel operator Emaar Hospitality Group currently has three brands in its portfolio, with the Address hotels and resorts being its flagship luxury brand.
The soon-to-open Address Boulevard Dubai will have 72-storeys, and Emaar claims the tower will be second only to the Burj Khalifa in height, in the Downtown vicinity. It will also be home to the Address Residences Boulevard Dubai, a collection of branded serviced residences.
The Address Boulevard Dubai general manager Pascal Dupuis said: “Downtown Dubai is one of the premium destinations in the city that drives the tourism, retail and hospitality sectors of the city. Having welcomed more than 80 million visitors last year, it is the first-choice for visitors to the city for hotel-stays and for residents – both short-term and long-term for the wide range of world-class amenities in close proximity.”
The Address Boulevard will have 196 rooms including 116 deluxe rooms, 44 deluxe club rooms, 28 one-bedroom suites, seven two-bedroom suites and a presidential suite.
There are also a large number of interconnected rooms for large-family visitors.
Meanwhile the residences project – The Address Residences Boulevard Dubai has 530 units and Emaar claims to have “recorded robust sales.” Amongst the units will be duplexes and two penthouses, including the sky residences located in the upper-most levels.
The developer has put emphasis on its spa and wellness offering with a dedicated floor over an area of 700 m2. Other facilities will include a spa pool, 10 single treatment rooms, one couple’s treatment suite and a private vitality pool.
