Indian Women Scientists’ Association had organized teaching aids exhibition at its Multipurpose hall at Vashi. Here teacher’s portrayed different methods of teaching through creative aids whereby the learning process becomes a unique experience for Junior and Senior KG students. Puppet show, creatively devised mind boggling games, environment friendly articles and items were the main pull of the display. These aids not only make learning easy but also generate interest among students towards subject along with it teachers also get chance to exhibit and share their ideas. Vice President of the IWSA informed us that in IWSA trainee teachers in their course period prepare aids and those aids are exhibited once in a year: Exhibitions like this give an insight to these trainee teachers for future. Having resourceful teachers with inventive schemes can enhance the curiosity and attention of the students in present stressful academic scenario, and that is what this association is trying to achieve.
