‘Mudrank’, the controversial film on the life of fake stamp paper scam kingpin Abdul Karim Telgi, is all set for release as it has received the final approval from a Pune civil court for its release. Director Shakir Shaikh’s film Mudrank is all set to hit the theatres on May 23. The movie is based on the life of fake stamp paper scam kingpin Abdul Karim Telgi.
