Bihar Governor D Y Patil took oath as Governor of West Bengal at the Raj Bhavan in the precense of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee along with the senior colleagues of her Cabinet, Speaker Biman Banerjee, leader of opposition Surjyakanta Mishra along with many other diplomats.
