Condemning the central Government’s decision of reducing the subsidy rates for loans given to farmers, the BJP accused the government for not living up to its promises. In a recently held press conference at BJP office, the party’s state spokesperson Prakash Jawdekar opposed the central government’s decision of reducing the subsidy rates for loan to farmers from 3% to 2%. According to him, with this decision the farmers will have to pay more interest on loans. He held the policies of central government responsible for spoiling of huge amount of grains in the go downs all over the country and demanded for an investigation.
