The Bombay high court in an interim order has restrained a city builder from selling the common areas of a newly constructed highrise building, Anand Villa, on Linking Road, Santacruz — well known for housing Salman Khan’s Being human store.
During the hearing of an application filed by Anand Villa’s society and its residents, the Bombay high court has ordered the builder to not allow selling of common areas of the newly constructed highrise building. The court did not allow selling or transferring its rights to areas on the first floor, service floor and basement area.
