Boston Marathon bombing in 2013 finally to reach a verdict for the accused by the end of this month, US

Boston Marathon bombing case that had been going on for two years is finally going to reach its verdict by the end of this month. And the verdict is going to be either a lifetime in prison or death penalty for the accused Dzhokhar Tsarnaev 21yrs old. The evidence that had been presented against Tsarnaev is so strong that the prosecutor herself couldn’t find anything to save her client. A video footage had been presented as evidence that showed clearly that Tsarnaev was planting bomb near the finish line and one near a tree. The bombs that had gone one after another resulted in critically injuring 260 people from whom 17 people lost their limbs and two people died. Along with bombing Tsarnaev had shot down Sean Collier, a Massachusetts Institute of technology police officer.

The jury that had consisted of seven women and five men had found Tsarnaev guilty on all 30 counts from which 17 had made him eligible for death penalty. The same jury would decide in the penalty phase of the trial whether Tarnaev should be sentenced to lifetime in prison without any possibility of parole or would have to face death penalty in which he will be awarded death by injecting a lethal injection, at the end of this month.
