CM Devendra Fadnavis unveils public grievance portal for 6 districts

Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday unveiled a public grievance system portal, ‘Aaple Sarkar’, for six districts of Thane, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Amravati and Nagpur. With this launch, people living in these districts can now lodge complaints on the website and also get an acknowledgement and feedback on it.

The chief minister said he was happy to announce the portal that has been linked to the Right to Service Scheme.

“We will integrate all the other districts with the portal by the coming Republic Day (January 26, 2016). The government is trying to go ahead, towards the e-governance mode, so that people do not have to come all the way to Mantralaya. They can resolve matters by sitting at home,” he said.Devendra
