COMMISSIONER OF POLICE CONFIRMS NCP LEADER PADAM SINH PATIL NAME IN THEIR NARCO ANALYSIS TEST

nimbalkar-3The fears of big names involved in the Nimbalkar case are sort of coming true. The Commissioner of Police Ramrao Wagh confirmed that NCP leader and former state minister Padam Singh Patil has been named in the narco analysis test conducted by them on the prime accused. Sudhir Sharma spoke to the CP for more. Speaking to the media, Commissioner of Police Ramrao Wagh confirmed that the prime accused in the high profile Nimbalkar murder case had named NCP leader Padam Sinh Patil in the narco analysis test. However, due to some other confessions during the test, the police have questioned the credibility of the test. There was little that the CP could tell when the media asked him of comparisons made between the sketch released after the Nimbalkar murder case and the shooter named by Tanaji Patil during the narco analysis test. The name of NCP leader Padam Sinh Patil has been surfacing the high profile murder case of Pawanraje Nimbalkar – a close confidante of Sharad Pawar and Ajit Dada Pawar ever since he was murdered. But the narco analysis test has been the first definite indication of this. But this is not the first time when the police has questioned the credibility of the narco analysis test when an influential minister has been named in it. Question is, if the police never trust the statements of accused in these tests, why do they ever take permission from the court to perform them? Bureau report – NMTV.
