Employees with low salary lose eligibility for the resident visa for their family members within Emirates, UAE

According to a new law issued by the GDRFA—- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, if an employee is thinking of bringing its families in Emirates, he first have to submit his three months bank transactions, through which the employees monthly income could be calculated. If the government understands that the employee has a low income, than he would lose the eligibility for a resident visa for its family.

This law follows only for those who are trying to issue resident visa for their families and the call for this move had been stated clear that people with very low salary do not bring their families into Emirates. Kiran Kidwai – International Desk, NMTV
