MP Anand Paranjpe was in the city to check the railway stations falling on the Nerul Thane route. The services on this route will start in the 1st week of December with a 22 rounds, informed MP Anand Paranjpe post his visit to railway stations. This report will be a definite relief for the commuters who wait for buses and have to go through grueling traffic everyday to reach to and fro to Thane. The central railways have decided to commence trains between Nerul and Thane from December. MP Anand Paranjpe made the announcement in a press meet. The central railways is already running trains between Vashi and Thane and on the demand of commutes, the Shiv Sena has been trying to persuade the central railways to extend the services and make it Panvel to Thane. It is under this that the central railways have planned to start the train between Nerul and Thane with a frequency of 22 trains. The only formality left to be completed is a green signal from the Railway Security Office. The MP also assured to speak to the central railways to make security walls on the Thane Turbhe Rail line hat has become a reason for accidents of commuters on several occasions.
