HAWARE ENGINEERS AND DEVELOPERS AWARDED THE PRESTIGIOUS BUILDER OF THE YEAR

While several prominent names of the industry were short listed, the Haware Group was chosen for the award for making homes for the low-income group. In addition to the Builder of the Year, Suresh Haware – the MD of the Group has been awarded the “Rashtriya Ratan”. This is an addition to the awards bestowed upon the builder group for the commendable work they are doing in the industry. It is honor for the city as well, as a city builder has won noted recognition on the national level. To felicitate the developer, Saptahik Vivek and Bhartiya Vichar Darshan organized an event, which saw the participation of former Dy. CM and BJP Leader Gopinath Munde and MP Eknath Thakur. MP Eknath Thakur expressed pride that a developer of the state was doing so well. Gopinath Munde credited late Satish Haware progressive thinking as the driving force behind the group that inspires the group even when Satish Haware is not around. In his speech, Suresh Haware said that on Satish Haware’s untimely death, many had said that the Haware Group would shut down but the team of Haware Engineers were determined to work and prove all of them wrong, he added. Kulbeer Singh – the Director of Institute of Economic and International Study Circle said that the Haware Group was chosen for providing low cost homes. The Haware Group has built nearly 40, 000 homes and is building 5000 homes every year. Suresh Haware said that the award is a matter of pride not only for their group but the entire city. Further, speaking on context to property rates shooting sky high, he said that it is a hyped market needing correction. Navi Mumbai News also shared a few words with Ujwala Haware who said that though Satish Haware was not with them, the award was a result of his vision and hard work.
