Nerul’s Sector 40 is perhaps one of the largest wards of Navi Mumbai that includes nearly 4.5 sectors that is Sectors 19A, 21, 23, 25 and 27 along with Darave village. That’s why it was a big challenge for the local corporator Saluja Sutar to ensure that all public amenities and issues were addressed and at the end of her debut tenure when NMTV News visited the ward and spoke to residents, the unanimous opinion was that their corporator had performed as per their expectations in her progress report. Specifically the women of the ward were all praises about their corporator and in return the women of the ward too supported Saluja Sutar all the way. For corporator Saluja Sutar it was nothing less than a challenge to take on the journey of a corporator from a homemaker.
