BJP leader Kirit Somaiya has filed a petition with the Human Rights Commission demanding compensation by the state the victims of 26/11 terror attacks, who are yet to receive compensation from the government. It’s been an year to the Mumbai terror attack but there are still many families of the victims who have yet not received compensation from the government. This issue has been taken up by BJP Mumbai President Kirit Somaiya who has filed a petition with the Human Rights Commission. He informed that out of the 403 cases only 118 families have received relief from the PM’s fund while 79 cases are still hanging in the balance. Also, present was the son of one of the victims Chandlal Tandel.
