Maha rural roads to get makeover of Rs 13,828 crore


The Maharashtra cabinet has approved the proposal of Rs 13,828 crores for the upgradation of rural roads in the state. The fund have been allocated which will be utilised in the next five years for the road reforms. The funds have been allocated under the Mukhya Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. The plan will see about 30,000 km of rural roads upgraded and 730 km of new roads constructed.
