The Maharashtra Malayalee Christian Association comprising nearly six Keralite Christian sects conducted its third annual day programme at St. Marys Ground at Vashi. The three day annual program of the Maharashtra Malayalee Christian Association comprising nearly six Keralite Christian sects comprised of spiritually uplifting programs that precedes the celebration of Christmas culminated with an annual day celebration. Hymes were sung to praise the Lord by a group of singers on the St Marys School Ground where thousands of people had gathered. State Excise and Non-Conventional Energy Minister Ganesh Naik and Supreme Curt Judge Cyriac Joseph joined the celebrations. Speaking to the media Bishop Mar Thomas Elavanal – the President of the Maharashtra Malayalee Christian Association and Bishop of Kalyan Diocese said that the gathering of the people signifies unity and success of formulating MMCA as a means to bring Christians of Diverse sects together. Speaking to the media State Minister Ganesh Naik said that the MMCA was formed with good views of bringing different sections of the society together.
