Speaking during an event held by the Konkan Prathisthan at Thane, State Revenue Minister Narayan Rane condemned the acts of violence in the city and appealed to all to maintain peace and harmony in the country. The Revenue Minister was present with his wife and son Ritesh Rane at the function held by Konkan Prathithan in Thane. Addressing the audience present he stated that as per the state law, 80% of the locals should be given priority in jobs but this should be fought not with violence and anger but with democracy. Speaking on the violence and terror that has rocked the country one after the other, he appealed all to maintain peace and harmony and not bow down to terrorism.
