The National Customer Protection Committee had conducted a workshop at Nerul. With the world becoming a global village, there is need to create awareness in customers about their rights. Sometimes even advertisements mislead and the customer becomes the end loser. To create awareness about customers rights, the workshop was conducted by the National Customer Protection Committee – a wing of the NCP party at Nerul. The various aspects that the workshop dealt with included customer laws, customers committees, complaints and the likes. Navi Mumbai News shared a few words with two organizers about the workshop.
