NCP Corporator Devidas Hande Patil exposes Digital Classroom scam in NMMC schools at Standing Meet

Technology has given new dimensions to education like never before and much credit has been given to NMMC for turning most of their schools digital. However, while the initiative has one that has received unanimous appreciation, the implementation flaws have been brought to light by NCP corporator Devidas Hande Patil. In the Standing Committee, Devidas Hande Patil took on the NMMC Education Dept. on the issue of digital schools.

He vouched that if digital schools will be inspected it will expose digital school failures, which translates to wastage of public taxes.

Making another stunning expose, he said that even digital schools are illegally using software without licenses. He lashed out at the style of work in NMMC.

It has become a trend in NMMC; that instead of opposition corporators, NCP corporators themselves speak on issues. Devidas Hande Patil, despite being a senior corporator too has been doing this often. It then becomes difficult to understand the role and integrity of corporators like Devidas Hande Patil. Since his own party is in power in NMMC and elections are round the corner, is he doing good or bad for his own party as whatever he speaks will go against his own party NCP. At a time when NCP leaders themselves are inaugurating digital classrooms and taking credit for it, Devidas Hande Patil’s objections will questions his own party’s credibility and working. Only time will tell whether Devidas Hande Patil’s regular expose damages the party interests or NCP gains from it. Bureau report – NMTV News.
