Now Central Railways commuters too can take up their complaints and tips to the railways via sms. The facility that was available only for Mumbai suburban division has been extended.
Commuters of long distance trains on Central Railway can now send an SMS on a helpline number 90044111111 to give their suggestions, feedback and even register their grievances regarding seats, toilets, pantry and other complaints. Earlier, this helpline was restricted to the Mumbai suburban division, but now covers the entire CR division. Once the SMS is sent, it will be forwarded to the concerned division and later to the department.
