To prevent water logging at Kalamboli, CIDCO had made two channels for the water to wash out. However, since the channels are not covered, they have become a open threat for the locals. CIDCO has constructed two channels at Kalamboli, one from the Fire brigade stretch to Roadpali and the other from the Kalamboli police station to Kamothe. When Kalamboli was being developed, it was developed below sea level. Due to this water accumulation was a very common issue.
