PRECAUTIONS DURING SUMMER

Summer is here and temperature has risen like never before. No matter where you live, the energy crunch will affect you all over this summer. Everyone of us are looking for ways to beat the heat. We bring to you some tips for you to survive through this summer. There is nothing like it to beat the summer with water. Drink lots of water, don’t wait until you feel thirsty -STAY HYDRATED. In hot weather, as much as 3-4 quarts per day are recommended while exercising. Water-filled fruits and vegetables add to your hydration level, but not in significant amounts. Juices of fruits like watermelon, sugarcane, pineapple, orange and others go a long way in beating the heat this summer.
