The Maharashtra State NCP organized a felicitation ceremony for its 20 ministers where the new Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar along with the other NCP state ministers were honored. During the ceremony, removing all differences, PWD Minister Chaggan Bhujbal expressed his support to Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. The newly appointed 20 ministers of the NCP party in the state were felicitated during a ceremony held in Mumbai. The senior leaders of the party were present on the dias to felicitate the new Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar along with the NCP state ministers. NCP Spokesperson Madhukar Picchad felicitated the new Deputy CM and the ministers by tying the turban. Forgetting all differences during the event, PWD Minister Chaggan Bhujbal along with Home Minister R R Patil expressed their support to Ajit Pawar. Setting the stage for a new thinking, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar gave a clarion call to party workers to make development integral to the Nationalist Congress Party’s (NCP) politics instead of becoming prisoners to caste issues. Ajit Pawar spelt out his priorities for the Democratic Front government and the NCP. Also honored during the felicitation ceremony was State Excise Minister and Non Conventional Energy Minister Ganesh Naik.
