REPUBLIC DAY WILL HAVE ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS FOR BICYCLES

Continuing its successful 20 years of observing road safety week, Navi Mumbai RTO has also included bicycles in its Road Safety week. On Republic Day, a grand bicycle rally would be taken by the department to spread awareness. For the first time in Navi Mumbai, the Road Safety week would also see the awareness of road safety for bicycles. After spreading awareness safety for heavy vehicles and cars, Navi Mumbai RTO would be taking out a grand rally of bicycles on 26th January to spread safety awareness for cyclists. The drive called Save Young Indian would teach the youth about road safety and training for times of accidents. The rally would begin from the Vashi playground and would cover some prominent junctions of the node and would come back. The rally being organized in association with Navi Mumbai Sports Association and Motor Training Association is likely to see the participation of around 1000 cyclists.
