The Shiv Sena will prepare its manifesto based on the suggestions by the voters, party executive chief Uddhav Thackeray said. Shiv Sena Executive President Uddhav Thackarey said that the party has decided to focus on the issues of drought, law and order, electricity and farmers during the election campaign. He said that there was a need to know what the ordinary voters felt. What are their expectations from the Sena? Which are the issues they think are of their concern. Hence they will take suggestions from the voters and accommodate them in the manifesto. The Sena has said that the voters can feel free to register their suggestions with the party’s helpline number 022-24222222 or email them to [email protected] He further stated that Shivaji Maharaj was concerned about the rights of poor people, but today, the poor is still suffering from shortage of food.
