At the Guest House of Sahyadri, a meeting between NCP Supremo Sharad Pawar, Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, Dy. Chief Minister R R Patil and other ministers is common but the meeting held this time was of a higher significance. CM R R Patil said that NCP was ready for the expansion in the cabinet. While it is definite that the state cabinet is all set for its long due expansion, the fact that Narayan Rane was not present during the meeting did specify that once again Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh will have its say.
