The state government has launched a project of digitising five village gram panchayats in Nagpur district. The pilot project has been launched in the hometown of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
“The journey has begun from Nagpur. We are going to digitalise 28,000 village gram panchayats across Maharashtra,” said Chief MInister Devendra Fadnavis.
The villages are being provided a 4-Mbps connectivity with WiFi for e-education, e-health and e-marketing initiatives. Now, these villages can enjoy benefits of any technology around the world.”
