State to adopt the Union government’s Ayush mission

The state government on Tuesday decided to adopt the Union government’s Ayush mission in the state by strengthening the capacity of ayurveda, homeopathy, unani, naturopathy and siddha in the state hospitals, and boosting avenues for medical education in these fields.

“We will improve services of Ayush sciences in government medical hospitals under the mission. We will also strengthen the medical education capacity and boost the availability of medicines required for these sciences.
