STUDY WORKSHOP FOR ROAD SAFETY

With the Navi Mumbai traffic police observing Road Safety week, the entire month, a study workshop was conducted at Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Vashi. In this 3 hour workshop, various experts spoke on the reasons behind accidents and the safety measures needed to avoid them. The study workshop that was conducted under the road safety week programme proved to be a gratifying aspect for the RTO officers and also embedded confidence within the organizers and vehicle drivers who attended the workshop. Vehicle drivers were informed about various technical features and safety measures that should be taken while driving vehicles. Experts from Delhi participated in the seminar to educate the people about safety measures. Many times accidents occur when roads are dug up and repaired in a poor fashion. Plus poor marking of Zebra crossing and speed breakers further cause accidents something that the President of Motor training school also agreed to.
