TEACHERS APPEAL TO MSEDC TO CHANGE TIMING FOR POWER CUT DURING BOARD EXAMS

Board-Exam-2Parents and teachers have appealed to MSEDC to temporarily halt load shedding during board examination timings but there isn’t much hope that this will happen. Student’s worst nightmares are to study during the load shedding hours during their board examinations. Anticipating the troubles of the students, parents and teachers have appealed to MSEDC to halt load shedding during the board examination period. Students of 10th and 12th will be writing board examination 11am to 2pm and 3 to 6 pm – most of which coincide with load shedding timings. MSEDC’s Superintdending Engineer S G Karpe raised in hands in helplessness saying that come what may there is no halting load shedding. There were also reports that during the chilly month of January, MSEDC had sold power saved to other states at higher cost but S G Karpe denied these reports calling them baseless.
