Thane Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik wants one global tender for scientific redevelopment of Navi Mumbai

Thane Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik’s latest initiative will go a long way to ensure scientific redevelopment of Navi Mumbai; whenever the FSI is declared for the city. During his recent submissions of the vision he holds for Navi Mumbai in near future, the Minister said that one single global tender would ensure uniform and balanced development of Navi Mumbai.

There is no denying that Thane Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik is synonymous to Navi Mumbai. He is referred to as the architect of the city for a reason and that is because has been the undisputed leader of the city for decades. The Minister has many more aspirations for the city. Top on the list is drafting the next municipal budget – that forms the base of development in any city.

For the same the Minister has already started his homework by consulting the Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of NMMC. The next crucial phase of development in Navi Mumbai will begin once the Impact Assessment Report is ready. Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik has started working on the planning that the report’s implementation will require. The estimated expenditure for the redevelopment will be anywhere around Rs. 15000 Crore. It is here that the Minister thinks that one single global tender is the only way to ensure uniform scientific redevelopment of Navi Mumbai.

Thane Guardian Minister says that for the smooth execution of a global tender, there should be unity across political parties. He says their party rules NMMC, so anyways their decision will be implemented but he does not want the majority’s approval but unanimous support to his plan. A global tender would ensure that the world’s best companies bid for scientific development of Navi Mumbai. Other leaders of political parties should take a lesson from Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik.
