UK phone hacking update : David Cameron says “I am sorry”

British Prime Minister David Cameron has said that he completed regretted the furore caused due to their decision of appointing News of the World’s ex-editor Andy Coulson.

In the emergency Commons statements to MPs on the phone hacking issue, David Cameron told MPs he was “extremely sorry”.

In reply to 136 questions from MPs, the Prime Minister said the aim now for the press, politics and politicians should be to regain the trust of the public.
