Post the Mumbai terror attacks, to keep the unity and development of the nation intact, the United Front of India was formed by Amit Lal, a Limca Book of Records holder. Amit Lal has completed a journey across the nation to spread the message of a united India. In his endeavor, he was supported by Late Vijay Salaskar’s wife Smita Salaskar. The United Front of India was formed by Amit Lal to aim at making a united India. To achieve this goal, Amit Lal journey across the nation in his car to 20,400 km within 118 days. While this has entered his name in the Limca Book of World Records, it has also led to the spread of messages of having a united India. Speaking to the media, this is the one message that Amit Lal gave to the people. His initiative of traveling across the nation to spread the message of unity was also supported by late ATS Chief vijay Salaskar’s wife Smita Salaskar. A nostalgic Smita recalled the earlier days of how even Hemant Karkare was a keen cyclist traveling from state to state.
