Secretary of State John F. Kerry is on a trip to China on a task to solve major issues. To begin with, Kerry is all set to convince China’s President Xi Jinping to join forces with US to fight against North Korea’s nuclear operations. North Korea has already made it clear that under no circumstances would it curb any of its nuclear activities and would even fight if that would be required. No warnings had any affect on North Korea. And now Kerry is set on a mission to find a solution of this problem. In order to oppose North Korea, Kerry had visited South Korea a day before to seek their help and cooperation on the same. Kerry’s effort are a reflection of the latest analysts reports that states that North Korea is all set for more nuclear tests and launching new missiles in the coming weeks. Along with tackling North Korea’s nuclear problems Kerry also wanted China’s cooperation in tackling climate change.
‘I am glad we had an opportunity to dig into the detail of some of the North Korea challenges and I also appreciate his willingness to move forward on the climate change initiative’ as stated by Secretary of State John F. Kerry after his meeting with China’s President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of People in China. Kiran Kidwai – International Desk, NMTV
