Violation of safety rules resulted in sinking of a Russian fishing vessel in icy water killing 56, Moscow

Russia has set an image of a large number of disasters be that of air, land or water and mostly because they have been violating safety rules in every manner. This is what is been laid out at the moment for the sinking of Dalniy Vostok fishing vessel in the sea of Okhotsk that was carrying 132 crew members. An official reported on the whole incident stating that the exact reason for the sinking of the ship is not known yet, but the possibility that the crew must have violated safety rules by overloading the ship remains high. He also confirmed that because the ship had sunk so quickly the captain of the ship failed to send out a distress signal which resulted in the death of 56 crew members including the captain. Sixty three crew members were rescued but thirteen were still missing.
