Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan and actress Kajol after eight long years would be seen together on the silver screen once again in Karan Johar’s upcoming flick My Name is Khan. Recently, King Khan was present during a promotion of his film along with the director Karan Johar. And as usual SRK managed to win the hearts of those present with his style and witty answers. There is Shah Rukh Khan and then there is My Name Is Khan. The biggest names in motion pictures are associated with this latest venture of Karan Johar; like Dharma Productions, Fox Star Studios, Fox Searchlight Pictures and Red Chillies Entertainment. In the movie, Karan Johar attempts a “difficult” subject which delicately deals with Islam, the Asperger syndrome and touches on topics like terrorism, relationships and religion. It was reported that the film deals with terrorism and explores the sudden change in the lives of the protagonists but Shahrukh chose to differ. He said that it is not about terrorism but about love, hope, humanity, sacrifice and positivity. There are two things that one would not find in this movie, like those of Karan Johar’s in the past. One the movie name beginning with the letter K and second, the special appearance of Rani Mukherjee. While the presence of SRK and Kajol itself is giving the movie much popularity, the soundtracks are not far behind which surges into an atmospheric sufi extravaganza – which is pure, poignant and artistic.
