Since the time their chief Said Bin Habrish had been slain by the officials the tribesmen of Yemen have vowed to avenge the death of their leader and they have been successfully doing so too. Knowing very well, that the only source of improving the economy of the country, the government relies highly on its oil supplies, the tribesman have made the oil pipelines their main target. They have blown up pipelines and have made it very difficult for any technicians or authorities to work on these pipelines. So, the government had been forced top carry out its shipment and work through air. Because of the difficulties created by the tribesmen the military had been flying supplies five times a week.
But unfortunately, one of the Yemeni military aircraft had to made an emergency landing in the Hadramaut province located in the eastern desert due to technical problems. They did land safe but as soon as the landing happened, the aircraft was surrounded by armed tribesmen who further abducted the whole crew, a pilot, co-pilot and four soldiers. Till now any confirmations on any demands has not been related, but according to the military officials, negotiations are been carried out for releasing the crew members and further allowing the army to repair the aircraft and bring it back to its destination.
